  • pages_manage_engagement — Allows Futurepro to manage supported Page engagement activities.
  • pages_messaging — Allows Futurepro to provide supported Facebook Page messaging functionality.
  • business_management — Allows access to authorized Meta Business assets and management information required for supported features.
  • read_insights — Allows access to authorized insights and performance information.
  • ads_read — Allows access to authorized advertising account and advertising performance information.
  • pages_read_engagement — Allows access to Page engagement information required for supported features.
  • leads_retrieval — Allows Futurepro to retrieve leads from authorized lead-generation activities.
  • pages_user_timezone — Allows access to timezone information where made available by Meta.
  • ads_management — Allows Futurepro to manage authorized advertising activities on behalf of the user.

3. How We Use Information

Information accessed through Meta is used only to provide and operate the features requested by the user, including:

  • Managing Facebook Pages.
  • Creating and publishing Page content.
  • Managing Page engagement and supported interactions.
  • Providing Page messaging functionality.
  • Viewing Page and advertising insights.
  • Managing authorized advertising campaigns and related assets.
  • Retrieving and managing authorized leads.
  • Connecting and managing authorized Meta Business assets.
  • Providing social media management and reporting features.

4. Data Storage

Futurepro collects and processes only the information necessary to provide its features. Information obtained through Meta APIs may be processed and, where necessary for the operation of a requested feature, temporarily or securely stored by the application.

We do not retain Meta information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was accessed, except where retention is required for legitimate business, security, legal, or regulatory purposes.
